It’s a pale blue cake wedding cake with white diagonal ruffles on the bottom two tiers. I purposely spaced the ruffles apart just enough so you can see the blue peeking through. For the top layer I made some waferpaper flowers, and I finished it off with a simple lace detail to balance out the ruffles. Thank you for looking.
