Make A Wish/Cinderella for the night – I got a chance to make a cake for a sweet little girl named Vanessa,who has cancer. Her wish was to be Cinderella for the night and have a big ball…..This cake is only 3 tiers in real cake and the top 6” and bottom 14” round are dummies. The 8” red velvet/cream cheese; 10” marble cake/fudge; 12” vanilla cake/strawberry and all done in whipped cream; the castle on top was plaster and I hand painted; all the details on the cake was done by hand flowers/drape/swag/scrolls/hearts/curly design are fondant.
