Pink Cake

Birthday cake for 2 great-nieces. Had lots of trouble with the fondant. Just had to try a new recipe. It was delicious but I must have done something wrong because it was not easy to roll out & kept ripping. Changed the design in order to cover the imperfections. Although not able to cover them all, still pretty happy with the results. Just when I think I have gotten the hang of this, I take a step backwards. Good thing this is just for fun. Besides who doesn’t love a free cake.
