So this is the 3rd cake (see basket weave & Wedding Cake with Bride Dress/Groom Tux Cut-Outs)…this one with dots…I carried that theme with the pattern the pinwheels…I used the Wilton Cutter (wavy blade) to get that look…

The pinwheels really are nice…I saw this from “Zoe’s Fancy Cakes” Youtube video…and I can’t believe how easy they are to make…

Used the Wilton Dot Punch and Wilton Baroque Fondant Mold (just for the beads around the cake base)… I have a Fat-Daddy-O Wht Plastic Knife…
