This cake was carved from a double layer half sheet cake to look like a dirt bike race track. Graham cracker, and Oreo crumbs were added for the “Dirt” look. The dirt bike is a toy provided by the family. The tire stack is made from Oreo’s covered in black fondant. Flags were gumpaste triangles glued to twine and attached to skewers to look like a banner with birthday boy’s name on it.
