This was the piece I created for the 2015 Chinese New Year:Year of the Goat/Sheep Collaboration (Yep..it’s the year of both, apparently!).
As soon as I heard “sheep” I know what I was going to do, as I LOVE cuddly sheep and lambs. :) The funnest part was creating the curly fondant fur…and now I can’t wait to use the same method to create fur for a poodle for a future collab. Another favorite part was free-handing the “2015”. I rolled and twisted some black fondant until I felt it had a bit of a Chinese feel to it.
