When my brother turned 40 recently, I was at a loss as to what birthday cake I could bake for him. The flavor choice was easy- he loves my chocolate cake recipe, and would get mean if I make anything else for him… But what to do to make the cake super special for him? Well, he LOVES Batman. He even thinks he’s Batman… But Batman can be a bit commercial, and since he’s turning 40, I thought it would be fun to change normal Batman into… Bat-Minion! So here he his!
