Good Morning Everyone!!

This is my latest cake that went out this weekend.

Bottom tier: Hunting scenes and includes silhouettes of the client’s pet dogs.

Middle tier: Inspired by the client’s tweed hunting suit. The Pheasant crafted from modelling chocolate, wafer paper and hand painted. Bronzed stylised leaves were included to incorporate nature.

Top tier: Replicates the suede patch on his jacket and edible pewter rifle pin.
