I love Rainbow Cakes. This was a practice cake I made for a friend. Her son was getting married and he and his fiancé had requested an all white wedding cake with white Gerberas around the tiers. And then inside they wanted all Rainbow Cake on all 3 Tiers. The surprise on the faces of the guests was priceless when the happy couple cut into the cake….xx
