I love this very popular type of wedding cake design, that i was honoured to be able to create for Kate & Dan’s wedding at our gorgeous Sileni Winery Hawke’s Bay.
I used Bakels white chocolate truffle with Chef master blue powder to tint the white chocolate to get the ombre effect with fresh baby’s breath complementing design.
