Diamond Jubilee

I made this cake for our Diamond Jubilee street party. It’s made from a 9” square & 8” round vanilla maderia cake, covered with vanilla frosting & lots of sugarpaste/modeling paste. It was a great centre piece to the table and was the topic of conversation for most of the day, it got sent home with me too as no one wanted to cut it!
