I was asked to make my first frozen cake we knew it had to happen eventually but with a theme and an age to work with the world was my lobster… Or snowman ;) so the ice palace was triple piped with royal icing to form a cage and then the cake was airbrushed to graduate the blue down to white. The cake is a rich chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache and Nutella with baileys butter cream filling.
