Happy birthday to Markus who just turned one. Bottom tier was chocolate cake with dulce de leche filling and dulce de leche SMBC. Top tier was vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache filling and SMBC. I used Wilton’s baroque silicone mold for the waves (original idea from A Pocket Full of Sweetness). The sails are made out of wafer paper. Design based from image provided by mother of the birthday boy.
