This cake was made for one of my daughters little friends at school. It wasn’t easy moulding the legs. I had to use a 20 gauge wire that could be manipulated without it popping through the modelling paste. A very odd and awkward pose to mold. This was attempt number 3, but once I’d gotten that done, the rest fell into place pretty easily. Chocolate sponge made with Barry cocoa with chocolate buttercream made with belgian chocolate and covered in a white belgian chocolate ganache.
