Blue Cherry Blossom Cake

I love the simplicity of this wedding cake. The simple cakes are the most difficult to make because you can’t accidentally mark the smooth fondant surface because you have nothing to cover it up with! The branches were made from thick wire and homemade modelling chocolate.
