I had fun making this cake but that little plane turned out to be more challenging than I’d anticipated! After all my wishing for an airbrush I chickened out of using it on this cake, I feel like I need more practise, and opted for my sponges and brushes instead!

OMG this is so good. I love the rocky mountainside with the little trees. Fantastic.
