I just love it when I get free reign on a cake design! Client gave me the Indian head dress and said make me a cake that will go with this.
Chief Angry Cloud is what I created.
Everything is cake with fondant other than the head dress itself. The bust is hand carved and then the face hand painted. The cake with the bust stands 18" high without the head dress. Big project, so happy with the finished result.
I named it Chief Angry Cloud as the recipient is known to be a crumble bum and loves anything American Indian. He’s happy cause now he can officially call his wife his squaw lol.
Cake is choc and caramel layered mud cake with ganache then fondant.
