A pretty cake for a Golden Wedding Anniversary get together.

I had a really hard time on this cake but got there in the end…though the air was a bit blue at one point. I had to recover it 3 times. Humidity + buttercream = disaster. I am seriously thinking of using chocolate ganache as a crumb coat from now on.
