‘Really simple, small, understated with a few small pretty pink flowers, iced with white chocolate ganache’. That was the brief. This was requested by my sister in law for their 30th Wedding Anniversary, also celebrating her husband’s OBE which he received this year. I was honoured to be asked to make this slightly rustic little cake. Victoria Sponge. All decorations made with sugar.
