I’ve been unable to bake for last 8 months due to illness, this is my first cake since then. My husbands Godchild came to me with a photo of a cake that she wanted me to make for her first child Brody. Im very please with the result and delighted to be back doing what i love. It’s a two tier chocolate fudge cake was trying for sharp edges( need a bit of practice on that ). It was so nice to be at the event and see people’s reactions to the cake too.
