This cake was for my neighbor. He loves baseball, and he found a cake on the internet that he wanted me do make it like. The baseball cap is made out of RK, covered with ganache then LMF. The cakes are covered with LMF and the bat was made out of gum paste. I was lucky that this cake survive the photos. My lawn sprinklers started going off as I was doing the pics and it was a toss up of what to save-the camera or the cake. It was a miracle that both survived!
