I made this for my daughters birthday which is 2 days apart. They are 9 and 4 so I knew I wanted something that was a little older for my 9 year old too but still Frozen theme which they both love. I wanted to really play on the ‘sisters’ part of the film too so concentrate mainly on Elsa & Anna.

I decided on a 2 tier square cake as this gave me more options to be able to use different theme/decoration on each side and each tier. I wanted a 3d/decoupage effect so I found the most amazing snowflake background and build the sides up. I included their names on a snowflake each to personalise and a sisters/princess poem on the back and included quotes from the film. I made a heart Elsa/Anna monogram for the front and the Arrendelle Banner and castle for the front. I then finished it with a handmade edible Elsa/Anna crown and encrusted the fondant with pearls and silver sprinkles which I love but took forever and my floor was covered LOL!

I loved making this one and loved to be able to be more creative on my own cake without limits, I love it and so did my girls!
