Baked Bean Jacket Potato

Now this was definitely a huge rush. My brother called me up with a last minute rush order (8 hours to design, bake, make, complete)….I love a challenge….and you can’t say no to family !
I threw myself in the deep end and tried out my new airbrush too…….I love it……anyone out there thinking about getting one…do it….they are amazing tools.
Anyway…..this is a white chocolate and raspberry cake with fondant baked beans and white chocolate cheese. The foil is real unfortunately ;(

This is so well done. The only thing that gives it away is the fact there isn’t any steam rising up from it. Absolutely fabulous.

Looks fantastic. My initial thought was “I don’t want to see her lunch” lol.

I bought an airbrush a year ago and used to play once….. remained in it’s box since. It scares me.

Jay jay….get the airbrush out and have a play with it…..they are brilliant and very addictive….I want to airbrush everything now :)
