Pardon the lighting, yet again! Worst weather EVER during this cake delivery and therefore limited lighting!

This cake was a mermaid/beach themed cake for the lovely Kathi! The top tier is Chocolate cake with Chocolate Buttercream and Chocolate ganache underneath the fondant. The bottom tier is Vanilla cake, Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttercream, and White Chocolate Ganache. The seashells are made of chocolate! From what I heard, it was moist and delicious! :)
