This was a very special creation for me, as it was for one of best friends’ Mom’s 60th birthday party! Unfortunately the weather was terrible, which did not allow for the best photo op, but the cake was delicious and festive! Inside the cake: Bottom tier is cookies and cream vanilla cake with sandwich cookie pieces and delicious cookies and cream buttercream! Top tier is cookies and cream alternating layers of vanilla cake with sandwich cookie pieces and chocolate cake with sandwich cookie pieces, and delicious cookies and cream buttercream! Each tier is covered with chocolate ganache and fondant!
