This cake was a gift to a new Dr. of Pharmaceutical. 1/2 sheet was chocolate and rich chocolate mousse filling, Top rounds were 8" double layer lemon cake with blueberry cream filling. Mortar and pestle is rkt, covered with modeling chocolate and marbled fondant. All other elements are fondant.
