This one is a very special cake to me.

It was my Mum and Dads 15th Wedding anniversary. But after not marrying until I was 15 years old, my Mum decided that as they wouldn’t make an official diamond wedding that she wanted her 15 years anniversary to be represented by diamonds… think that was a hint dad!!

I went to have a lesson with a very talented lady Sarah from the Chocolate Strawberry who has not only supplied me with cakes in the past but inspired me to start making my own.

I went up there with diamonds and flowers in my mind. I wanted to learn some hand painting and hand rolling.

After a whole days work this is what we came up with together.

Her class was one to one at her home and was a perfect relaxed day learning new skills
