This two tiered cake was inspired from a cake that a customer of mine had seen online. I’m not sure who originally created this, but I duplicated it. Pale blue fondant garnished with white polk a dots and a black belt on the lower tier and the same pale blue on the top tier with a black belt and blue cross on a white background. Simple and elegant.
