A cake I created for a fundraiser tonight to benefit Mobile Loaves & Fishes’ Community First project (www.mlf.org) It’s an amazing organization that I just learned about, that serves the homeless 365 days a year, & are working toward a goal of creating a 27-acre residential community to house & assist the homeless!

I tried to recreate part of their logo in 3D. I’m hoping the guests will be fooled into thinking that’s a real loaf of bread & not a Strawberry Lemonade Cake! The fish is Gluten Free Australian Chocolate Mud cake with my own Peanut Butter filling. The logo is an edible image and the ‘wooden’ board is hand-sculpted & painted fondant.
