My niece is 4 today so I made this cake for her party last Saturday. She has a Minnie Mouse soft toy she takes EVERYWHERE, so that was the theme for the cake!

This was my first go at figure modelling – Minnie is made from gumpaste and everything else is fondant, including the writing which I piped from an extruder and then shaped to look like Disney writing.
