This is my attempt at making ‘White Flower Cake’s’ roses in butter cream. This is an 8" carrot cake with a caramel and pecan filling, covered in butter cream.

I admire White Flower Cakes too!! You did a great job with the flowers and piping! I attempted one too but your piping is much better than mine!
