I made this one for Emily’s 12th birthday. We had her party at the skating rink with a 80s theme. My original design did not have the splatter cake. Instead, I was planning to cut out a piece, cover it in yellow fondant and put a bow and an eye for Ms. PacMan. But Emily saw some splatter cakes online and really wanted that incorporated, birthday girl rules!
