A cake I did for a charity event for a little girl diagnosed with Interleukin 10 Receptor, an auto-inflammatory disease. She had just undergone a successful bone marrow transplant… Her favorite Princess is Cinderella so this is my take on the traditional fairy tale story… wishing the little girl a fairy tale ending…
