~Two tier Communion Cake~
I loved making this very simple two tier First Communion cake! I think the monochromatic theme kept the cake elegant and fitting to the occasion. The bottom tier is a Lemon cake with a mixed berry curd filling. The top tier is a German Chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse filling.
