So, I made this cake after looking at old pictures of Paris…I fell in love with the city!! This was for a birthday needing a contemporary theme, a great chance for me to practice my horizontal stripes and the wax paper transfer method! The colours I took from the outside of the Plaza Athenee in Sex and the city, such vibrant reds…so I thought it would be good for my contemporary cake. So here’s my little bit of Paris :)
