This was my first attempt at a bow on a cake. Let me just say it was a learning process! The client ordered this cake and 50 cupcakes for her mother’s surprise 70th birthday. The birthday girl used to decorate cakes back in her day so I was very nervous, being a newbie and all. I was elated when I recieved a call from her praising my work!
