Made this for my “baby” sister’s birthday today. It is American chocolate mud cake filled with blackberry chocolate ganache with Swiss Meringue frosting & MMF. Very happy with the result. It is exactly had I had envisioned for a change. The only flowers made using cutters were the sweet peas & the inner petals of the peony. Everything else was done either free hand.
