I made this for my sisters’ Birthday. The bottom tier was an orange cream cake with an orange buttercream. The middle tier was a Red Velvet cake with a cream cheese frosting. The top tier was a buttermilk dark chocolate cake with a chocolate hazelnut buttercream.
Accented with marshmallow fondant, dragees, crystal sugar and gum paste flowers.
