The bride cam to me with the challenge of an eggless chocolate weeding cake/torte. Having made eggless cupcakes before, but not a full scale egg free wedding cake I took on the challenge. On my third attempted recipe I found a delicious rich moist chocolate cake which I layered with rich chocolate mousse and wrapped in white chocolate genache before finishing with the hand cut white chocolate panels. The wedding was setting in an amazing barn so the panels were left with a rustic finish to fit in perfectly with the surroundings. Then the purple flowers gave the perfect finish with hand made toppers of the bride and groom on top. Made by Vanilla Spice Cake Company
