A cupcake tower for a 60th Birthday party. The main cake sitting on top of the tower is a plain chocolate cake with chocolate caramel mousse filling. The sugar rose petals all over the cake are all edible, hand crafted and coloured, parting to reveal a hand painted Damask design. The cupcakes are a combination of red velvet and chocolate fudge with injections of chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut sauce and topped with a coffee cream frosting.
