I made this cake for a benefit for Camp Casey. They are an amazing organization here in Royal Oak, MI. They bring kids with cancer horse rides! Horses! How amazing is that!?! They also have outings for the kids, and camp outs.

I wanted to make something special for their Giddy Up Gala, so I went to their website, and made a cake out of it.

The bottom tier is Pumpkin Spice Cake with Maple Cream Cheese filling.
The middle tier is Red Velvet Cake with Vanilla Cream Cheese filling.
And the top tier is Lavender / Lemon Cake with Lavender Butter Cream
