This cake was for my little girl, the bear is a copy of her favorite bear that she takes everywhere! It was a leopard but has been washed soo many times that the spots have washed off. I think you call this butter icing technique petal? It is the first time I had done it.

This is truly gorgeous Liz! It made me smile when I first saw it. Then I saw the picture of the bear with the cake and smiled more, then with your beautiful girl who looks really happy, really cheered me up. Love the petal method of piping, it looks great, ive never done that before.
