3D Swashbuckling Skull and Crossbones

This cake was created for my son’s 9th birthday party. The skull is suspended over the open board. Everything you see is edible. The cake was a tuxedo cake (black and white alternating layers) with a milk chocolate ganache, cookies ‘n’ creme filling, covered in more ganache and a mixed medium fondant.
