This cake is another in my new range of totally edible cakes ie; not so much to remove before you can cut it. The flowers are made from wafer paper and the top tier is gold lustered. I absolutely LOVE working with wafer paper and how much difference it makes to the overall weight of the finished cake! Enjoy:-)

Goreti, I have bought loads of paper punches but these petals were all actually hand cut. The beauty is you see results so quickly and of course, as I mentioned, they are so light! :-)

Hand cut is right up my alley. Lol My sister’s birthday is coming up. I might use it as an excuse to give it a try and make her a birthday cake.
