The remit was a white, untraditional wedding cake with a hint of silver. I used edible wafer paper, and dusted the second tier with silver from the bottom up. I got a kick out of watching the little “whisps” move in the breeze – very calming indeed. The cake flavours are carrot, citrus mud and coconut and pineapple – with a hint of Malibu syrup…the bottom tier is for the adults :-)
