Four styrofoam dummy layers covered with ivory fondant. Two tiers covered with ivory fondant “ruffles”, the other two edged in ivory fondant “sequins” I brushed with white shimmer dust. I then added two pink ruffled gum paste flowers. Taken from a two-tier design by Sweet Pudgy Panda :) No ribbons for this cake, but had a blast working on it and pushing my comfort level!
