We created this cake back in October . Originally it was suppose to be a simple cake with just a ribbon and diamonte heart buckles, but we really wanted to do ruffles. We were really happy with the result, even though ruffles took a while, the process was quite therapeutic. And the bride was super happy- we received a text message saying that she could not stop looking at the cake while sitting at the reception and planned how not to cut it. Well, she cut it and enjoyed it- our mission was accomplished .
