New Year Ruffles

My first cake of 2014. This is a gingerbread latte cake with angled ruffles, pink blush gum paste roses and silver leaf accents. The cake recipe is courtesy of Tessa Huff and it’s a keeper. Loved doing this one. TFL

This is gorgeous!!!
Love the angled ruffles and how youve left everything pale or white and highlighted with the silver leaf!
The cake looks yummy too, might have to give it a go! :)
