Today I just want to show you that Christmas gifts don’t need to be expensive.
I made a batch of chocolate cookies using an embossing folder (I used one with snowflakes from Darice), just like you would use it on a piece of fondant, when they are cool glaze them just as you would do with fondant and you get a batch of pretty patterned shiny cookies. The are delicious (very rich chocolate taste) and they look great as ornaments in the tree, they shine perfectly when the light hits them or just pack them with some tissue paper and you have a perfect home made gift to give.
