Chocolate, Chocolate & More Chocolate
This was for a wedding, they wanted both a tower of individual dessert plus a 3 tier cake. The bride wanted “shades of chocolate, so I used White chocolate/ buttercream, milk chocolate/ chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate/ fudge. The mini 3” cakes are wrapped in individual chocolate jackets that i molded using the otside of the mini cake pans, the 3 tier cake is rouge textured to replicate the chocolate and all are topped with a mix of white, dark & milk chocolate curls. The three cake varieties (white chocolate, chocolate bourbon & darl chocolate reflected the same 3 tone chocolate concept.
